I am pleased to welcome our 2018  NVCN officers. Inez Russell, President; Tammy Glenn, Vice President ; Jay Friedman, Treasurer;  Jill Sears Secretary. Please know that NVCN and all our members are in very capable hands.  It has been my honor to serve as your president for the last two years. I have enjoyed getting to know so many of you. Paula Marrone-Reese- West Virginia  
CEO of Good Shepard Caregivers 

Paula Marrone-Reese is the CEO of Good Shepherd Caregivers in Jefferson County, part of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and home to the historic towns of Charles Town, Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown.  Paula treasures her relationships and connections which she credits to being from a large Italian family.  Passionate about family, Paula is married to her love Kevin and has three sons, a daughter-in-law and grandchildren.  Mimi and Daisy, her ShiTzu fur-babies, bring much joy to Paula’s life.  She enjoys playing the guitar and singing especially with her two sisters.  Her studies include early childhood education, leadership, and management.  

Rosemary Helms- Kansas 
Executive Director of EMRCKS 

Health care educated works internationally building medical clinics and schools for the uninsured and underinsured. ERMCKS was built to bring education and job training to help bring people out of poverty influencing  increase their social determinants to achieving healthier lives. Grant writing , on line IT , Nursing courses , and business preparation particularly for women is the focus.

Barry Gay – Hawaii  
Executive Director of Na Hoaloha - Maui Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers 

Barry graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music - Composition from the University of Hawaii-Manoa. He received his Certification in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, Davis School of Gerontology. Barry has 20 years of grant writing and grant management experience including fundraising experience and 25 years of experience as a business owner. He previously was the CEO of MEO’s Business Development Center (a microenterprise), the Associate Coordinator of the Rural Development Project at UHMC, and project manager at Tri-Isle RC&D.
