One of the greatest benefits of being a member of NVCN is the opportunity to share Best Practices and ideas with program leaders across the country.  This blog section of the website is private and not open to anyone beyond the membership.  Consider using this tool to take a deep, thoughtful dive into difficult issues facing Volunteer Caregiving.  The Blog takes our Google Group to a new level by facilitating a deeper exchange with articles written by program directors for program directors; whereas the Google Group facilitates a more immediate response by our peers.  The Google Group does have a feature that allows directors to receive an immediate email when an inquiry is posted.  The Blog will require you to check back more frequently on topics of interest.  Let’s hear your thoughts on Best Practices in Mileage Reimbursement, Volunteer Training, Senior Assessment–or any other topic you’d like to submit.  Be sure to check out the Resource Library for references in your post!
